Level-up skills: I joined UpGrd while enrolled in the Supra Human virtual fitness program. It was a part of my package. I did go through the 21-day fast start mental mind exercises, and of course, it led to an upsell. I bypassed the upsell and continued with Supra Human.

UpGrd was founded by William Lam, and he is one of the world’s leading NLP specialists and certified Hypnotists. I have met him several times and decided to join his launch program last week. It is a daily program with action steps. Plus, you get live Q&A calls. Their mission is to Upgrade humanity.

My goal is to improve my mindset and upgrade my lifestyle. After looking at several coaching programs on mental performance, I decided to stick with Upgrd since it came with my virtual fitness package. Overall, I am impressed with the first seven days. I tracked my progress and laid out my blog and podcast results.

The Program

UpGrd is designed for high achievers who want to optimize their mental capacities and help them reach new performance levels. This program is designed to launch your life beyond what you perceive. Removing your self-imposed boundaries. I am focusing on three main goals to see if Upgrd can get me there or on the correct path.

Health-wise, I am using UpGrd to get fit as F$#@. My goal weight is 171 lbs, and a six-pack will reduce my A1C to below 5.

Income Since I am a full-time Daily Fantasy Sports player, I want to see if UpGrd can improve my ROI and help me win the Milli Maker. Every week, there is a chance to win one million dollars from Draft Kings.

Launch – The Foundation Program

I joined level one, which is $499.00 or $49.99 monthly. You get over 75 hours of content, action steps, and monthly calls. There is a community to converse with. Also, there are impromptu training that can help you accelerate your growth. Furthermore, you get daily training for the next seven weeks.

The training is easily digestible and simple to implement. Also, you get hypnosis recordings for wealth and health and sleep meditations to train your mind to do all the heavy lifting while you sleep.

The First Seven Days

I was impressed with the first seven days. The trainings were short and effective. William lays out some key insights as you progress forward. Concepts as there is no failure, only feedback. Do you have reasons or results? Also, instead of 10x your goals, why not 100x+ your goals?

The key to week one is expanding your possibilities and not limiting what you can do. Now, one of the breakthroughs in the first seven days was writing down my 100 wants and 100 things I want to experience. He tells us to break these down into sizeable chunks of 10 wants and 10 experiences per day.

Now, I tell you, after you get past your first 20 things, it does become a little tricky after you get past the cars and houses. The twist is writing down the things you want to experience. Now, writing down the experiences is a game changer for me. It’s nonmaterial and a way of experiencing what material things can do.

The Breakthroughs

Williams’s goal is to take what you see in your imagination and bring it to the physical. Hence, see it clearly in your mind and then take the necessary actions to realize your vision. Imagination to frutition. Bring your thoughts into the physical world.

Here are several of my mental breakthroughs:
1. Believing I can win the Milly Maker on Draft Kings
2. Using my mind to heal and optimize my body
3. Seeing it and then using words, speech, pictures, and actions to bring my vision to reality
4. It’s not failure. It is feedback to do better
5. Is it in alignment?
